UNDERPRESSURE for cyclists

Elevated systolic despite high training volume? You're not alone. The protocol is built for cyclists who refuse to lose the watts to fix this.

TODO (founder): write the long-form cyclist vertical page. Use the persona-tailored language that only you can write. The frame below is a structural placeholder.

If you're a cyclist with elevated or Stage 1 blood pressure, the standard advice ("lose weight, cut salt, take it easy") is usually wrong for you in specific ways. The protocol is built for people who refuse to back off training to fix this.

The athlete-aware version of the protocol differs from the general version in several ways — supplement timing relative to workouts, sodium framing relative to high sweat rates, BP measurement timing relative to training stress. The app handles those personalizations automatically when you enter your training volume at onboarding.
